We are looking for a proactive and skilled Main Delivery Owner (MDO) to help industrialize our next-generation EXE platform. Job Mission
As the Main Delivery Owner (MDO), you will play a pivotal role in industrializing ASML’s EUV lithography systems, with a strong focus on system availability, serviceability, and manufacturability. You will lead key deliverables for high-volume manufacturing (HVM) readiness and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders from engineering, manufacturing, and customer support functions to ensure successful product maturity and field readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Industrialization of the EXE platform to achieve readiness for high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
- Support Service Readiness by leading Service Action Readiness (SAR) initiatives.
- Monitor and Report Performance Metrics such as system availability, diagnostics capability, Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and other KPIs aligned with Product Generation Process (PGP) targets.
- Influence Functional Teams within D&E to meet defined industrialization and performance objectives.
- Lead Stakeholder Management across internal ASML sites, factories, and customer support organizations to align goals and resolve cross-functional challenges.
- Collaborate with Project Teams, including architects, system engineers, and project managers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of industrialization packages.

Education & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline such as Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or Data Analytics.
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a multidisciplinary, technical environment.
- Broad exposure to complex systems involving software, mechanics, electronics, and IT infrastructure.
- Prior experience in industrialization, diagnostics, service engineering, or system availability is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in stakeholder and project management is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with EUV systems or semiconductor manufacturing tools is a plus.
