Electronic Hardware Engineer

As an Electronic Hardware Engineer, your mission is to design and develop reliable, high-quality electronic solutions for high-volume consumer products. You will play a key role in shaping robust hardware designs that meet both technical and user expectations.
Functie-eisen
- Design electronic modules primarily for Personal Health products, with a focus on the Male Grooming segment.
- Translate product and system requirements into viable electronic design concepts.
- Develop, document, and test hardware components to ensure product reliability, efficiency, and user-friendliness.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with development and quality processes.
- Assess the feasibility of design choices and communicate constraints within the context of the broader product roadmap.
- Plan your own work and provide regular updates on progress, contributing to the overall hardware development schedule.
- Estimate development efforts and system resource needs for hardware subsystems.
Competenties
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (with a Bachelor's degree) in hardware development, or entry-level with a Master’s degree.
- Proven experience in developing hardware for high-volume consumer products, including systems such as battery charging and power converters (step-down & step-up).
- Hands-on experience with PCB layout tools, preferably Altium.

- Proficient in modern hardware development tools, methods, and processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary and international teams.
- Self-motivated, quality-focused, and proactive in tackling assignments.
- Technically skilled and innovative, with the ability to contribute original ideas.
