Job Mission
As an MDO (Main Delivery Owner), you will lead industrialization efforts within the D&E organization, ensuring our EUV products meet and exceed performance targets for availability, serviceability, and manufacturability.
You will operate at the system level in the EXE product environment, collaborating closely with Manufacturing, Customer Support, Functional Clusters, and the Project Management Office.
Job Description
The MDO role is comparable to a junior Project Leader (PL) with the following key responsibilities:
- Drive industrialization of the new EXE platform to enable high-volume manufacturing (HVM) by advancing SMS status.
- Support service readiness through Service Action Readiness (SAR) initiatives.
- Monitor and report performance metrics (availability, diagnostics, MTBF, KPIs) in line with the PGP process and project needs.
- Influence D&E functional clusters and program stakeholders to meet performance objectives.
- Manage stakeholders across ASML D&E sites, internal factories, and Customer Support teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, system engineers, architects, and report directly to the EXE Availability Group Leader.
Competenties
Education
- BSc or MSc in a technical field (e.g., Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Data Analytics).
Experience
- 5+ years in a multidisciplinary technical environment.
- Broad technical exposure: software, mechanics, electronics, IT infrastructure.
- System knowledge, especially in EUV, is a strong advantage.
Preferred:
- Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
- Experience with service activities including availability, diagnostics, and reliability.
