What will you be doing?

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be leading vehicle development projects, managing budgets, timelines, and performance. You will be the driving force behind successful project execution.

Plan, scope and execute project with key stakeholders.
Identify and report risks and facilitate mitigations.
Track KPIs, identify gaps and define alternative strategies to achieve targets.
Manage a team of (assistant) project managers to execute your plans and strategies.
Build, align and present senior management presentations and overviews.
Develop a strong network with different business units and bridge process gaps.
Forecast and control expense and capital budget and facilitate senior management approvals.
Identify and manage escalation topics and lead recovery plans.
Work Closely Together with the Global Powertrain Organization.
Initiate continuous improvement on processes, tools, communication and organization.

We're searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager. You're a natural leader, comfortable in high-stakes situations, and passionate about automotive engineering.

Have 5+ years proven track record in Project Management, preferably with IPMA certification
Enjoy high stakes environment with demanding targets
Wants to solve complex problems with pragmatic and structured approach
Proactively builds plans and strategies with many stakeholders to realize goals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills on different levels in the organization
Comfortable to communicate in Dutch and English. Third language is a Pre
