Manage the performance of suppliers for a specific product group. Actively follow up on non-conforming products, define corrective actions, and develop new KPIs to measure and improve supplier quality performance.

Experience

Proven experience managing supplier quality performance. Experience with International Management System Standards (e.g., ISO 9001/NEN-EN1090) is essential.

Competenties

Qualification/Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or Supply Chain Management).

Skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles and influence effectively.
Experience with lean six sigma principles, methods, and tools (control plan, FMEA, A3, MSA, Capability studies, etc.) is preferred.
Proficiency in Dutch or English is required.
