In this crucial role, you'll lead the charge in resolving critical incidents and customer issues from our global sites. You'll assemble and empower cross-functional problem-solving teams, expertly facilitate root cause analyses, and ensure the swift implementation of containment, corrective, and preventive actions. You'll collaborate closely with our customers, site teams, R&D, and Supply Chain, all while keeping key stakeholders fully informed. Responsibilities
- Lead/ Coordinate the problem-solving process
- Facilitate root cause analysis
- Ensure containment, corrective and preventive actions are defined and taken
- Timely update your stakeholders on the process
Functie-eisen
- Background in a relevant field of study (e.g. Industrial-, Mechanical- or Electrical Engineering or Supply Chain Management)
- Experience with leading complex problem-solving cases.
- Experience with Problem solving methods (8D, IS/IS NOT, ISIKAWA, Ratio)
Competenties
- Strong communicator with the ability to apply distinctive communication styles and influencing techniques.
- Being able to keep the overview by allowing technical/detailed discussions without losing high over targets.

Terms of employment

It concerns a secondment agreement at Vanderlande via Yacht for one year, with possibility of extension; for 40 hours per week (working on site).
We offer a competitive package of employment conditions according to the seniority of the position (salary between €4900 - €6000 - gross per period of 4 weeks, based on 40 h per week).
