What will you be doing?

As a Control Engineer at DAF Trucks, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative vehicle control systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. This is a highly visible role, directly impacting the future of DAF Trucks' products.

Translate customer requirements into effective control concepts
Design and verify control concepts using simulations, HIL or RCP on a vehicle
Coordinate projects and report progress to stakeholders
Document function design requirements clearly
Monitor and Support function development through implementation and validation

We're looking for a talented and experienced Control Engineer to join our team. You're a problem-solver, a team player, and you're passionate about automotive technology.

BSc., MSc. or PhD in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
3+ years of relevant experience in the automotive industry
Strong background in control systems engineering
Proficiency in Matlab, Simulink, and related toolboxes
Excellent communication skills in English
