ASML's Customer Support (CS) department is the vital link between Development & Engineering (D&E) and our customers’ needs. We are responsible for the installation, qualification, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at our customers' sites. To ensure excellent support, our CS engineers must be trained on the latest processes, procedures & technologies.

Job Description

We are currently transitioning from a standard learning offering to a tailored, modular learning offering to better fit each type of role. This transition has significant operational impacts, and we are seeking a Project Lead to assess this impact and develop an operational implementation plan.

Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the impact of increased modularity and customizability on our training processes and operations. (incl. training demand analysis, training planning & delivery, and trainee completion)
Present various options with their respective pros and cons and propose the optimal solution.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a driven and experienced Process Optimization Project Manager. You'll need strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
3+ years of experience in process optimization as a Project Manager
Experience in a high-tech, engineering environment preferred

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

Primary employment conditions

Monthly salary as per market standards
A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
