As a scrum master you are driving the work of the Source Laser Performance Diagnostics team that develops and improves performance diagnostics tools, algorithms and dashboards to increase the performance of the Source laser system.

Your challenge is to drive our team to become self-sufficient to deliver a stable and reliable product while providing a high level of usability and accuracy. In collaboration with other disciplines and with input from Suppliers, CS and EF, you are responsible to enable the team to increase the ability of the performance diagnostics and explore new techniques in the data science domain to get more insights out of the field data.

As an Senior Scrum Master, you will lead a scrum team to deliver performance diagnostics solutions for the ASML Source Laser ecosystem.

Ensures delivery of solutions to achieve PI objectives committed by the team
Ensures that risks, operational dependencies and impediments are solved by the team or properly escalated
Provides insights and transparency on team maturity, predictability, progress, performance and secures quality of the value delivered
Ensures that the team relentlessly improves on ASML processes and way of working (based on agile mindset and principles)
Ensures the Team rituals are effective and contributes to Train level goals
Enables a High Performing Team
Contributes where possible to the Community of Practice (CoP)
Is developing skills to facilitate and coach the team.
Is building up technical and business affinity.
Is coached by RTE/GL

4 – 9 years of total work experience with 3+ years in the role of Scrum Master in a multi-disciplined team related to design and development of complex systems
ASML D&E way of working and product generation process knowledge and ADM experience is a strong advantage
