As a key member of our Quality and R&D teams, you'll be at the forefront of investigating high-risk product complaints. Your findings will guide improvements across products and processes, with a real impact on millions of lives.
- Lead technical investigations for high-risk product complaints
- Develop investigation strategies and detailed root cause analyses
- Act as a key liaison across R&D, Clinical, Manufacturing, and Engineering teams
- Create and implement investigation guidelines for malfunctions and reportable corrections/removals
- Support CAPA intake and identify complaint trends to drive systemic improvement
- Analyze failed part reports and coordinate returns
- Leverage AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance investigation efficiency
- Represent Philips during audits and regulatory reviews
- Contribute to Quality Management System (QMS) activities such as CAPAs and vigilance reporting
- Deliver training on complaint handling and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Science
- 7+ years of experience in a regulated industry, ideally in medical devices, R&D, or Quality
- Solid knowledge of post-market surveillance, complaint handling, and adverse event reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (21 CFR 803/806/820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, MDD, MDR, MHLW 169)
- Experience with Philips Healthcare products is a strong plus

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Primary employment conditions
- A good salary as per industry standards (classification depending on education and work experience);
- 13th month salary (is paid out periodically pro rata)
- 8.33% holiday pay calculated over 12 monthly salaries.
