You bridge the gap between technology and human contact. You work accurately and have a strong analytical mindset.
- You speak and write Dutch at a Native or C1 level
- You speak and write English at a Native or C1 level
- You have at least 1 year of experience in customer service
- You have experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot)
- You have an HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of thinking
- You are available to work at the Amsterdam office from Monday to Thursday (32-40 hours)
In this role, you are at the heart of the new AI project at JET. During the selection process, we will test your language proficiency, and a VOG check is part of the onboarding. Your daily tasks include:
- Monitoring AI interactions and stepping in as a 'human-in-the-loop' to ensure quality.
- Resolving escalations that the AI agent cannot yet handle independently.
- Supporting partners via phone, email, and WhatsApp with a positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Managing CRM systems (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) to analyze performance and data.
- Collaborating with Data and Sales teams to continuously improve AI sales processes.
