Your mission is simple but challenging: ensure we have the right product, in the right quantity, at the right time. You will drive financial results by balancing sales, inventory, and profitability across Nike's digital platforms.

What you bring:
- Experience: 3+ years in retail merchandising or planning (digital retail experience is a plus).
- Technical skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience with top-down/bottom-up planning and data modeling.
- Communication: The ability to turn complexity into clarity and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Mindset: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Leadership: Experience in coaching junior colleagues and leading cross-functional projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Strategic planning: Create seasonal merchandise plans grounded in profitability and consumer demand.
- Insight-driven action: Turn complex data into "learnings." You don't just report numbers; you tell a story that guides decision-making.
- In-season management: Lead weekly trading meetings to react to real-time sales and inventory KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Merchandising and Digital teams to align product assortments with financial goals.
- Drive innovation: Improve planning processes and documentation to keep pace with the evolving digital marketplace.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
- Access to the gym facilities on campus.
- Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km.
- 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
