Nike is seeking a Cost Coordinator to join their Cost Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in controlling and reporting on the department’s CAPEX and OPEX budgets, ensuring Nike's retail projects stay on track and on budget.

As a Cost Coordinator, you are the spider in the web for financial administration regarding Nike's retail locations.
What you bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous exposure to finance activities and processes (0-1 years of experience).
- Strong administrative skills with Excel and SAP. Experience with SmartSheets is a definite plus.
- You can handle a wide range of responsibilities and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Proficient in English with great interpersonal skills. You know how to build strong relationships with vendors while remaining demanding when it comes to quality and deadlines.
You will be part of a dynamic team that collaborates with both internal and external partners, including Legal, Procurement, and Finance. Furthermore, you will be the vital link between Nike and the vendors, ensuring smooth relationships through flawless payment, reconciliation, and reporting procedures.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Financial administration: Processing Purchase Orders (POs) and contracts for goods and services required for the design and construction of retail locations.
- Budget management: Updating project budgets as commitments are made and payments are issued.
- Quality control: Reviewing proposals and invoices for accuracy, proactively advising Procurement and Project Managers of any discrepancies.
- Documentation: Assembling all necessary documentation to submit costs and track payments flawlessly.
- Process Improvement: Proactively advising on ways to optimize our internal cost reporting and PO management.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
