The CEMEA Marketing Team (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa) is looking for a proactive specialist to elevate Nike's retail brand experience.

€32 - €38 per hour, based on experience

In this position, you will be the driving force behind the marketing strategy across the full CEMEA retail marketplace (Nike Direct and Wholesale). You will ensure that every consumer touchpoint reflects Nike’s brand priorities and standards. You will be part of the CEMEA Marketing Team. This region covers more than 85 countries and is home to 1.7 billion young, diverse consumers. It is an environment full of opportunity, featuring over 5,800 points of sale, including Nike’s largest store in the world. Here, you will work alongside top athletes and be part of the most significant sporting and cultural moments on the planet.

  • Project management: Lead Marketing Operations projects, manage budgets, and monitor strict timelines.
  • Retail offense: Translate global strategies into local plans for seasonal campaigns, window displays, EKIN activations, and in-store storytelling.
  • Efficiency: Create tools and processes that positively impact productivity and profitability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and internal partners (Sales, Supply Chain, Merchandising) to ensure executional excellence.
  • Content and assets: Ensure the consistent and efficient delivery of category content from global/geographical levels to the local territories.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
