Nike is looking for a strategic and creative Brand Marketing Manager for Nike Sportswear (NSW) to join their team in the CEMEA region (Central Europe, Middle East & Africa).

€32 - €38 per hour, based on experience

  • Experience: Proven experience in Brand Management and leading inclusive teams.

  • Analytical and creative: Use metrics and ROI to inform your plans while never losing the emotional connection with the consumer.

In this role, you are responsible for creating demand for Nike's products and strengthening the Nike brand within the sports and lifestyle markets. You will translate deep consumer insights into groundbreaking campaigns that inspire youth across the entire region.

  • Strategic vision: Develop the umbrella strategy to connect with youth in the CEMEA region through NSW, ensuring a unique brand distinction.
  • Campaign management: Lead world-class, cross-functional brand campaigns from end-to-end. You will author sharp briefs and uphold the highest brand standards.
  • Innovation and storytelling: Act as a master storyteller, translating trends and insights into opportunities for athletes and key marketplace moments.
  • Operations and budget: Manage project budgets, timelines, and marketing tools to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as the linchpin between global teams and local cities, collaborating closely with partners in Sales, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • Team leadership: Lead, coach, and inspire the EHQ-based marketing team while supporting colleagues across various territories.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
