As a successful candidate for the Logistics Specialist English role:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Logistics, Economics or Supply Chain Management
- You have 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Be familiar with logistics, transportation and international trade processes, global forwarder working experience is an advantage
As Logistics Specialist English, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a variety of tasks. You’ll contribute to:
- Planning and optimizing transport orders to meet delivery KPI:s
- Sending delivery notes and releasing tenders to logistics service providers
- Ensuring timely truck arrivals and efficient loading based on scheduled time slots
- Monitoring cargo transportation, addressing any security or quality issues that arise
- Coordinating and meeting customer delivery requirements and managing changes
