The FxN (Fulfilled by Nike) team is a key part of Nike Digital. This team partner closely with Nike Marketplace Partners to capture consumer demand on partner sites by leveraging Nike Digital inventory. This business has seen significant growth over the past year and remains a top strategic priority.

Nike - EHQ (Hilversum)

Nike is looking for a proactive leader who can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a laser focus on the consumer.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in account or vendor management within the Partner Program or 3P (Third Party) space.
  • Marketplace knowledge: A solid understanding of the digital marketplace across sales, merchandising, planning, or competitive insights.
  • Communication: Strong influencing and communication skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Mindset: An agile, proactive team player with a commercial mindset and a structured, resilient approach to driving accountability.

As the Commerce Lead, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth within this rapidly expanding area. You will manage relationships with selected FxN partners and lead commercial decision-making to ensure Nike products are successfully represented and sold. Nike is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Commercial strategy: Develop partner-specific commercial plans and targets to maximize both sell-in and sell-through.
  • Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with selected partners and their teams, as well as internal Nike departments.
  • Execution and operations: Oversee the end-to-end process, including order tracking, input, retail release, and delivery information.
  • Collaboration: Act as the primary link between Planning, Digital Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Marketplace teams to ensure executional excellence.
  • Marketplace expertise: Use your knowledge of competitors and the digital landscape to adjust business plans and quickly act on commercial opportunities.
  • Process improvement: Continuously drive clear and efficient processes to find efficiencies and improve ways of working across teams.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
