Nike is looking for a Lead Partner Representative for the CEMEA Distributors team (Central & Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa). You will be responsible for leading seasonal execution, managing end-to-end partner relationships, and driving marketplace strategy for Nike's distributors.

Key responsibilities:
- Marketplace management: Co-create a holistic marketplace strategy (including Nike Direct stores, digital, and wholesale) together with your partners.
- Seasonal management: Drive seasonal readiness, maximize commercial opportunities, and optimize in-season trading and replenishment.
- Business growth: Lead the end-to-end business with excellence to maximize net revenue and contribution.
- Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, orchestrating cross-functional delivery between departments like Operations, Finance, and Brand.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
