Are you an operational expert with a "Win-Now" mentality? Nike is looking for a driven key member to join their Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) team. In this role, you will be the essential link ensuring Nike's sports products move seamlessly from order entry to final delivery. A background in or a passion for sports/football is a plus!

who you are

Nike is looking for someone who thrives on driving process improvements and brings the accountability needed to deliver results for the athletes.

  • Experience in Supply Chain planning and operations.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • The ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • A strong preference for a background in sports.

what will you do

As the representative of Nike's Supply Chain operations, you will be the face of Nike's service toward their accounts. You will work in a dynamic and complex environment that offers the freedom of a start-up while delivering impactful results in the sports marketplace.

  • End-to-end accountability: You coordinate and own the MSC process steps to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Single point of contact: You act as the primary contact for stakeholders and partners, streamlining communication and ensuring clarity.
  • Cross-functional alignment: You collaborate across different functions to navigate account complexity and drive success for Nike Inc.
  • Insights generation: You use existing tools and processes to proactively generate and apply insights that support Nike's marketplace partners.

where will you work

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).

  • Access to the gym facilities on campus.
  • Commuting allowance of € 0,23 per km.
  • 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year.
  • Diverse team.
  • Work from home allowance of €5 per day on days you are working from home.
  • 8.33% holiday allowance.
