As a Contract & Product Management Specialist at Nike, you are the essential link within the Marketing team. You ensure a seamless seasonal product-ordering process by acting as the central point of contact. From coordinating product needs for major photoshoots to streamlining complex contracts, you empower teams to work efficiently and effectively.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Execute seeding & ordering: Support the seasonal ordering process across EMEA Marketing. You ensure that the right products are available for key shoots and seeding initiatives: the cornerstone of bringing Nike to life.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Manage the operational side of marketing contracts by working closely with Procurement, Legal, and key Marketing partners.
• Tools & process Innovation: Act as the functional specialist who guides, tests, and optimizes the rollout of new tools and ways of working.
• Training & support: Set your colleagues up for success by providing support and training to divisional counterparts involved in product ordering.
• Optimize & improve: Proactively suggest new solutions and build business cases based on user experience, internal data, and industry insights.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
