Are you a proactive supply chain professional who thrives on solving puzzles and ensuring customers get what they need, when they need it? Do you have a "get it done" mentality and a solid foundation in SAP? If so, we are looking for you!

You are a balanced professional who can handle stress with a smile. You understand the "why" behind the data and can communicate complex supply chain constraints to stakeholders across the business.

• Experience: You have 2–3 years of experience in a supply chain, logistics, or order management environment. We are looking for someone who has outgrown the "junior" phase and can hit the ground running.
• Tech Savvy: SAP experience is a hard requirement. If you also have experience with Kinaxis or AATP, that is a massive plus.
• Education: A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics) is a big advantage, but your experience and logical thinking are what count most.
• Skills: You possess strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of customer-driven planning.
• Language: Fluency in English is required. Dutch is an advantage.

As a Response Planner, you are the bridge between demand and supply. You own the short-term service agenda and are responsible for mitigating risks before they become problems. You won’t just be crunching numbers; you’ll be collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Global Supply teams to ensure optimal stock allocation and business waste reduction.

• Decision Making: Align and decide on escalation priorities at the customer level.
• Operational Excellence: Drive service performance to meet agreed targets and perform root cause analysis on business waste.
• Stock Optimization: Coordinate "sell-off" activities for residual and blocked stock to keep the inventory healthy.
• Process Improvement: Work closely with external partners (Genpact) to continuously sharpen operations planning.
• Rule Management: Own and adapt AATP (Advanced Available-to-Promise) business rules for accurate stock allocation.
