Nike is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to drive operational excellence for its distributor markets in the Middle East, Eastern Europe, and North Africa.

In this role, you act as the dedicated "Voice of Supply Chain". You connect internal teams (Sales, Planning, Finance) with external partners to ensure financial and operational targets are met. You are accountable for short- and long-term goals, delivering results on KPIs such as Service, Convenience, Sustainability, and Profitability.
- Experience: Proven work experience in a supply chain function with a passion for operations. Experience in Logistics is a strong plus.
- Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical skills to support a result-driven approach.
- Tech Stack: High digital literacy. Advanced Excel and SAP knowledge is required. Experience with Cognos, Alteryx, or Tableau is a plus.
- Communication: Effective communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead meetings with customers.
- Mindset: You are independent, proactive, and have an innovative mentality. You are comfortable working against timelines and delivering results.
- Business acuity: Knowledge of financial modeling/analysis and affinity with legal/customs processes.
You will work with the Marketplace Supply Chain team on the following key areas:
- End-to-End logistics: Manage the full logistics process, from shipment release to documentation archiving.
- Operational excellence: Drive service model differentiation and performance in partnership with EMEA Logistics and Transportation teams to deliver mutually profitable growth.
- Stakeholder management: Act as the key partner for both external Partner teams and internal Seasonal Execution teams to ensure smooth execution of all activities (pre-, in-, and post-season), including order entry, shipping, and delivery.
- Inventory management: Influence inventory mechanics by regularly sharing scenarios and solutions to risks and opportunities with partners.
- Process improvement: Bring an innovation mindset to identify and lead small-scale initiatives using project management skills. You act as a change agent for continuous improvement.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
