Account support executive

Are you the administrative star who thrives on a flawless contract process? Do you have a commercial mindset and a passion for working in an international environment? Then we are looking for you! As an Account Support Executive, you play a crucial role in the success of the sales team and the satisfaction of our customers worldwide.

You are someone who is not only detail-oriented but also a proactive thinker. You switch effortlessly between different systems and speak fluent English (you can speak Dutch).

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (with a commercial interest)
• You are an Excel wizard and preferably have experience with Salesforce (CRM)
• You are communicative and customer-oriented: you enjoy maintaining contact with international customers and agents
• You work autonomously, are results-driven, and keep a cool head during busy periods
• Do you speak German, Spanish, Italian, or French in addition to English? That’s a big plus!

As an Account Support Executive, you are the spider in the web between Sales, Finance, and the customer. You ensure that the process for new contracts and renewals runs like clockwork.

No two days are the same!

• Sales Support: Providing Account Managers with the right data, usage statistics, and reports from our systems
• Contract Management: Preparing quotes and contracts in the CRM system to initiate the invoicing process
• Customer Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for international customers regarding contract execution
• Coordination: Maintaining close contact with subscription agents to resolve queries and finalize deals
• Process Improvement: Identifying ways to make sales and support workflows more effective and efficient

You will be working in a dynamic, international organization that is constantly evolving. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with departments like Legal, Finance, and Product Management. The atmosphere is professional yet informal, with plenty of room for your own input. Together, you strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction!
