Supply Chain Specialist - InSeason

Are you the link that ensures Nike's products reach the right place at the right time? As a Supply Chain In-Season Specialist, you will manage the smooth flow of inventory across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

In this position, you focus on the "heat of the season." While sales are in full swing, you make sure the logistical puzzle fits perfectly. You are responsible for maintaining a healthy order book and ensuring optimal product availability.

• Planning & delivery: You manage the process from order to delivery, taking direct action to meet and exceed Nike's KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: You are the spider in the web. You work closely with account teams, order management, and logistics partners to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Inventory flow: You ensure stock moves efficiently through EMEA, balancing speed, costs, and sustainability.
• Continuous improvement: You identify bottlenecks in Nike's tools and processes and proactively propose improvements to make Nike's supply chain smarter.
• Data-driven actions: You use analytical skills to monitor order health and provide visibility that leads to better service for Nike's customers.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
