To ensure that the packaging continues to run smoothly, it is important that you meet the following conditions:
- You are 18 years or older;
- You are willing to work in Goirle;
- You have your own transportation;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You are available on Saturdays.
As a logistics employee, you're responsible for managing reusable packaging materials within an organization, usually in the food sector. The duties can vary, but generally include the following:
- Organizing the storage of packaging in the warehouse and maintaining inventory, ensuring sufficient packaging material is always available for production or distribution.
- Recording information about the available packaging, including which items have been loaned out, returned, and any shortages.
- Sorting returned packaging and checking for any damage. In some cases, it is also necessary to clean or repair damaged packaging so it can be reused.
Bidfood is the leading online wholesaler for the hospitality industry in the Netherlands. As a logistics employee, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality products to well-known restaurants. You'll work in a refrigerated environment where the temperature is around 4 degrees Celsius. Despite the coolness, it's a pleasant and well-organized work environment. For working in this refrigerated area, you'll receive a supplement of €0.53 per hour, which is already included in the stated hourly wage.
