Are you ready to bridge the gap between complex data and strategic financial decision-making? As a Senior data & reporting analyst at Nike, you will be a key player in rolling out Nike's global Data Foundation strategy. You’ll join the Finance Business Intelligence team, where you will ensure data quality, support SEC compliance, and drive reporting operations for Nike's Customer Finance organization.

You are analytically strong, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment. Nike's ideal candidate has:

  • Education: A degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in financial processes and data analytics.
  • Visualization Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tableau and Power BI.
  • Technical Toolkit: Expert-level Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL.
  • Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

In this dynamic environment, you will partner with Finance, Technology, and Data teams to deliver accurate, timely, and scalable analytics solutions that empower leadership to make informed decisions.

  • Data engineering & quality: Validate, integrate, and cleanse data to create high-quality, analysis-ready datasets.
  • Financial reporting: Deliver precise financial reports and maintain complex Excel-based reporting models.
  • Tool innovation: Expand and upgrade Nike's reporting and analytics toolkit to stay ahead of evolving business needs.
  • Actionable insights: Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable insights for the business.
  • Strategic rollout: Support the implementation of the Nike Data Foundation across the EMEA region.
  • Global collaboration: Partner with regional and global teams to implement innovative data solutions and manage Customer Finance processes.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
