- Experience: proven track record in full life-cycle recruiting, preferably within large-scale corporate environments across multiple countries.
- Regional knowledge: strong understanding of the talent markets across EMEA.
- Sourcing expertise: deep experience in sourcing, engaging, and nurturing passive talent using advanced tools and platforms.
- Communication: exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions using data and market insights.
- Tech-savvy: comfortable using modern recruiting technologies (e.g., Workday ATS, CRM systems, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Smartsheets).
As a key member of the regional Talent Acquisition team, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate functions across EMEA.
- Strategic advisory: build and lead tailored recruitment strategies to identify, source, and assess top talent, acting as a consultant to hiring managers.
- Proactive sourcing: creatively network and build long-term pipelines of qualified talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights. You focus on finding not just active seekers, but passive talent as well.
- Diversity & inclusion: champion diversity by focusing on diverse shortlists and inclusive hiring practices.
- Market intelligence: own and drive market research projects to map talent availability and trends across the EMEA region.
- Process excellence: act as a subject matter expert on recruitment philosophy and drive process improvements in collaboration with the wider HR team.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
