As a senior recruiter, you will be a key driver of Nike's growth, engaging with top talent across the EMEA region to help Nike's corporate functions achieve their strategic goals.

You will be a vital member of Nike's regional talent acquisition team. In this role, you’ll act as a consultative partner to Business HR, the Global Talent COE, University Relations, and TA Operations. Together, you will deliver a world-class recruitment experience that sets the standard in Nike's industry.

Nike is seeking a curious, driven, and strategic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You should bring a passion for candidate experience and a deep understanding of corporate talent acquisition.

  • Experience: Proven track record in full life-cycle recruiting within a large-scale corporate environment across multiple countries.
  • Market expertise: Deep understanding of the diverse talent markets across the EMEA region.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with recruiting technologies such as Workday (ATS), CRM systems, and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights capabilities.
  • Relationship management: Exceptional communication skills with a consultative approach to engaging stakeholders and candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset: The ability to use market data to inform strategy and provide insights to the business.

Operating within Nike's agile recruitment model, you will partner with corporate leaders to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. You won’t just execute; you will strategize.

  • Strategic sourcing: Develop and lead progressive recruitment strategies to identify, assess, and recommend top-tier talent, with a strong focus on building diverse shortlists.
  • Consultative partnership: Act as a subject matter expert for hiring managers, using data, market intelligence, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions.
  • Talent mapping: Own and drive market research projects to map talent availability across the EMEA region.
  • Pipeline management: Creatively network and nurture long-term pipelines of qualified candidates, ensuring Nike has the right talent ready for future needs.
  • Process improvement: Champion best practices and process enhancements in collaboration with Nike's HR Centers of Excellence.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
