Nike is looking for a French-speaking HR Analyst. This is not just an operational role, you play a critical role in powering the teammate experience. Every accurate data entry, every resolved case, and every compliance check ensures that Nike employees across EMEA can focus on doing their best work. You will be part of the engine that keeps HR running: enabling payroll to process correctly, benefits to activate on time, and job changes to happen smoothly.

Nike is looking for a French-speaking HR analyst who combines operational precision with a service-oriented mindset. Your near-term focus will be on French HR processes, particularly leave management. You understand that data accuracy is key because it impacts downstream systems like payroll and benefits.

  • Language skills: you are fluent in French and English.
  • HR knowledge: working knowledge of French HR legislation and labor laws is essential.
  • Systems expertise: experience with Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW) is highly preferred. You are adept at following detailed work instructions.
  • Data skills: strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, IF statements, Pivot Tables) for data validation and reporting.
  • Mindset: you are organized, adaptable, and have a keen eye for detail. You anticipate issues and understand how your data entry affects other departments.

Your near-term focus will be on French HR processes, particularly leave management. You understand that data accuracy is key because it impacts downstream systems like payroll and benefits.

  • Execute core HR processes: you manage the full employee lifecycle in Workday and ServiceNow. This includes onboarding, contract changes, terminations, compensation updates, and work authorization checks.
  • Leave management (France): you are the expert for French leave programs. You respond to requests and perform complex leave-related data changes in the systems.
  • Data accuracy & compliance: you maintain compliant employee data.
  • Process improvement: you don't just follow the process; you improve it. You spot opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: you partner with teams like Compensation, Payroll, and Benefits to deliver a seamless experience for our teammates.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
