We are looking for a driven individual to support our global innovation agenda. You have a consumer-centric mindset and are eager to make an impact.

  • You possess a strong understanding of brand management principles.
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
  • At least 3 years working experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • You are proactive and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • You have a keen interest in consumer trends and market dynamics.

As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Condiments portfolio, focusing on innovation and brand growth.

  • You will support the development and execution of the strategic approach for Hellmann's innovations, both short and long-term.
  • Help drive global multi-year "Big Bet" innovations for the Hellmann's brand, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the long-term innovation strategy and funnel value goals.
  • Collaborate with regional and local teams to ensure successful market launches and share best practices.
  • Assist in managing key brand operational activities, including marketing briefs and budget-related tasks.

You will be working at Unilever's office located at Hofplein 19, Rotterdam, Netherlands. Unilever is a global company with a strong presence in the Foods category, particularly in condiments. This role offers a unique chance to work with leading brands like Hellmann's, the 4th biggest and fastest-growing billion-euro brand within Unilever. You'll be part of a business that is identified as a growth space for future acceleration within the Foods strategy. This position provides exposure to a 4B turnover category and opportunities to develop your marketing and leadership skills within a highly motivated team.
