  • You have a higher professional education (HBO) or university (WO) diploma without work experience, or
  • You have at least a level 3 vocational education (MBO) diploma with experience in production.
  • You are available Monday through Sunday to work morning, evening, and/or night shifts and can travel to Leiden.

As an operator, you play a crucial role in improving society. You'll be responsible for the production of liquid medicines, working in a clean room under GMP conditions. Your working hours are morning shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), or with night shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM). Below is an overview of the tasks you'll perform daily:

  • You perform quality control to ensure products meet the highest standards;
  • You manage production planning and ensure production quantities are met;
  • You convert machines and ensure the production line is continuously replenished;
  • You troubleshoot machine malfunctions to minimize downtime;
  • You accurately record all production operations in batch records and logbooks.
