As our ideal Systems and Business Analyst, you bring a strong blend of technical and functional expertise. You have a proven track record in R&D IT systems and data integration, coupled with excellent analytical and communication skills.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in R&D IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation.
- Solid understanding of R&D processes and enterprise systems (ERP, PLM).
- Proficiency in data mapping, modelling, and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of our R&D system transformation. You'll dive deep into processes, analyze data flows, and support the integration of new solutions, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Analyze and document R&D processes, including product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
- Map data requirements and flows across SAP S/4HANA, Centric PLM, and other R&D systems.
- Support the definition and testing of end-to-end data and process integrations.
- Contribute to documentation, testing (UAT), and training for new systems and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure functional requirements are met and support change management activities.
