Nike is looking for a Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to strengthen their Finance Business Intelligence team at the EMEA headquarters in Hilversum.
This isn't just another reporting role. You are a crucial link between finance, technology, and data. You will play a key role in the rollout of the Nike Data Foundation strategy, guarantee the quality of Nike's data, support SEC compliance, and be the engine behind the reporting operations for Nike's Customer Finance organization.

To excel in this role, you have a strong background in finance or data analysis and are a natural problem-solver. We are looking for someone with:
- Technical Expertise: You have advanced, practical skills in Tableau, Power BI, and are a master of Excel (including VBA, Power Query).
- Data Experience: You have demonstrable experience with modern data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks and are fluent in SQL.
- Financial Knowledge: You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial processes and data analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: You are highly analytical and can break down complex problems to their core.
- Personality: You are resilient, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. A degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is a must.
You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, collaborating with Finance, Technology, and Data teams. Your mission? To deliver accurate, timely, and scalable analytics solutions that help Nike make better decisions.
Your core mission is to transform complex data into crystal-clear, actionable insights. You are responsible for the entire data lifecycle: from validating and cleansing data to integrating it into ready-for-analysis datasets. Your responsibilities include:
- Reporting & Analysis: You will deliver critical financial reports and maintain complex Excel files. Simultaneously, you will analyze complex business problems and present the insights that make the difference.
- Tools & Systems: You don't just stop at 'maintenance'. You will actively expand and upgrade Nike's reporting and analytics tools (like Tableau and Power BI) to meet evolving business needs.
- Strategic Projects: You will support the EMEA-wide rollout of the Nike Data Foundation. This requires close collaboration with global and regional teams to implement innovative solutions.
- Process Management: You will manage key processes and reporting tasks within Customer Finance.
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
