Nike is currently expanding 'The VAN' in Europe. 'The VAN' is Nike's exclusive sales channel (employee store) specifically for Nike employees. To support this growth, Nike is looking for an enthusiastic and meticulous Warehouse Associate to join the team.

You will bring:

• You have at least a vocational diploma (or equivalent).
• You already have experience working in a warehouse or retail environment.
• You are a star at multitasking, are well-organized, and communicate clearly (both verbally and in writing).
• You have a positive, solution-oriented attitude and enjoy taking initiative.
• You can work excellently independently, but you also function strongly within a team.
• You can handle a changing environment well; you see opportunities instead of problems.
• Physical work is not a problem for you; you must be able to lift and move packages up to approximately 15 kg.

As a Warehouse Associate for 'The VAN', you will be responsible for the daily operations in Nike's warehouse. Your main tasks include:

• Order Processing: You will manage the entire process of order picking, packing, and preparing shipments, ensuring orders reach Nike's colleagues on time.
• Inventory Management: You will receive and process incoming goods into Nike's system. This also includes location management, conducting periodic inventory counts (cycle counts), and checking inventory accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: You will participate in weekly team meetings, providing updates on inventory levels and sales figures, and actively contributing ideas on how to improve Nike's processes.

You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
