To qualify as a reachtruck driver, it is important that you meet the following requirements:
- You have your own transportation to get to work in Poeldijk;
- You are available at least four days a week from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM;
- You speak Dutch or English;
- You have demonstrable experience operating a reachtruck.
As a reachtruck driver, you're responsible for efficiently and safely placing goods in the warehouse. You ensure products are in the correct locations, ensuring pick locations remain well-stocked. Your meticulous work ethic allows you to assist your colleagues in picking and preparing orders for shipment. You contribute to an organized and clean work environment in the warehouse.
- You'll be responsible for inventory management;
- You'll process incoming goods;
- You'll help colleagues by preparing items for the order pickers.
Bidfood is a large wholesaler in the foodservice industry. They have 16 locations in the Netherlands and 1,700 employees. Bidfood supplies fresh products to 25,000 customers throughout the Netherlands.
Regular surcharges: 00:00 - 04:00: 50% extra, 04:00 - 06:00: 25%, 19:00 - 22:00: 25%, and 22:00 - 00:00: 50%. Saturdays between 50% and 100% extra, and Sundays 00:00 - 22:00: 100% extra.
Surcharges for working in the cold: Between 0 and 7 degrees Celsius: €0.55 gross per hour worked. Between 0 and -18 degrees Celsius: €1.26 gross per hour worked.
