Corporate Communication Coordinator

Are you a wizard with words and a pro at keeping everyone in the loop? I'm looking for a temporary corporate communication coordinator for Yamaha. Starting from the first of january till the end of July. You will be the go-to person for all things about communication. If you are enthusiastic about this role and available for 40 hours, please read on!

You have experience as a communication coordinator in a dynamic and international company. You have a creative mindset and feeling comfortable in a proactive company with a nice team. Furthermore:

• You've got a bachelor's degree, preferably in a corporate communication or business administration;
• You've got at least 3 years of corporate communication experience;
• You know your way around online and offline communication, planning, press releases and surveys;
• You are organized, analytical, proactive, discreet and always ready to help;
• You are a natural communicator who can chat with anyone and anywhere;
• You like planning and project management;
• Powerpoint, Excel and Word are your best friends;
• You are fluent in English, it is a plus if you speak Spanish, French or German, Dutch is not required;

In this dynamic role, you'll be instrumental in coordinating all internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive company image. Furthermore:

• Planning and execution to constantly feed / checks of the various communication channels;
• Support and execute in the organisation of the BSS measurement research in Europe;
• Support in the planning and execution of corporate training workshops;
• Rolling-out and monitoring of the company's visual identity and support all stakeholders in their day-to-day requests;
• Corporate Communication Projects;
• Budget management: cost controlling of assigned projects;
