Maintenance worker

Are you someone with a technical background and do you prefer working with the latest logistics machinery? Furthermore, would you like to develop yourself as a maintenance specialist in an automated warehouse? Then this role is for you!

You don't mind working in freezer cells and at height. You will be working on a rotating schedule that you alternate with your colleagues. Furthermore:

• You have completed an MBO level 3 or 4 education in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering;
• You have experience in a production environment;
• You have an affinity for automation technology or control engineering;
• You are in possession of a driving license B and have your own transport;
• You are able to work independently and are fine with working in shifts;
• You understand the importance of proper maintenance.

You take care of the preventive maintenance, repair, and modification of the machines and cranes. You also handle malfunctions on the spot. You are part of the technical service department, which consists of 8 colleagues in total. Furthermore:

• You participate in technically related projects.
• You contribute ideas for system optimization and you supervise these projects.

Together with your colleagues from the technical service department in Rotterdam, you ensure that things run smoothly. You help improve processes and contribute ideas on how things can be done better.
