We are seeking a motivated Production Supervisor with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector.
- Excellent in writing, interpersonal communications and organization skills;
- Detail oriented and good time management;
- Multi-tasking with effective decision making;
- Independent person and also a strong team player;
- Proficient with MS office.
This role focuses on optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving operational excellence while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- High School degree, college degree preferred with minimum 5+ years of relative working experience in electronic/high-tech or computer industry preferred experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards
- Familiarity with computer or electronic components testing and inspection and possess basic mechanical knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) knowledge
- Strong attention to detail, including accuracy and thoroughness
- Ability to comprehend spoken and written English and to work overtime and weekends depending on business demands
- Flexible and results-driven approach to working hours
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Solid understanding of computer system assembly an Lean management is plus
