You're a proactive and organized professional with a keen eye for detail and a strong affinity for HR.

Furthermore, you possess:

• You have an MBO+/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) level of thinking and working (or equivalent), preferably in a relevant field
• You have demonstrable administrative and organizational experience within HR
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of effectively processing information
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
• You can handle confidential information well and work independently
• You are a team player, flexible, and able to meet deadlines

As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries within the company, ranging from payroll and references to company policy. You are an essential link, supporting employees throughout their entire career journey, from onboarding to departure.

Furthermore, your tasks include:

• Administrative processing of all HR-related processes, such as onboarding new colleagues
• Accurately maintaining employee data in all systems, including the HR Information System (Workday)
• Managing payroll administration to ensure everything is processed timely and correctly
• Resolving various HR queries and escalating them where necessary
• Ensuring good knowledge and application of HR processes, policies, and best practices

You'll be working at a leading scientific, educational, and professional publisher. You'll work one day per week at our Dordrecht office, and the remaining hours you can comfortably work from home. This position initially starts as a temporary 3-month contract, with a real chance of extension or even a permanent position!
