We are welcoming a new Transportation Benefits Solutions Analyst to our team! In this position, you will contribute to the implementation and execution of NIKE’s car and mobility programs for our employees in EMEA. Within our team, you will provide high level support to internal NIKE customers and actively engage with external vendors. Vendor performance management, stakeholder management, an eye for detail and a drive for delivering an excellent employee experience are key for this role.
You will report into the Transportation Benefits Solutions Manager and will predominantly work with members of other People Solutions teams (Payroll, Data Management, Advisory) and the Benefits Center of Excellence Team.
This is a temporary role until the end of June 2026, for 40 hours a week, at the EHQ of Nike in Hilversum

In this role, you will be responsible for a program portfolio of the Company Car Program and other transportation benefits in multiple countries. You will be the Subject Matter Expert on all questions related to this portfolio, both for employees and external vendors.
You start your day catching up on an incoming employee query related to an upcoming lease car delivery. Afterwards, you connect with leasing company to organize the car delivery and reallocate the returned car to a new hired employee. Then, you connect with the Benefits CoE and local HR teams on an extension of the Micro Mobility program that requires engagement with the vendor and system integrations. You identified an improvement for automating the Benefit In Kind calculation, meaning you work with Payroll, Data Management and HR Systems to implement this improvement.
- Support Nike’s Move to Zero by operationalizing the implementation of the EV Company Car Program and (home) charging solutions.
- Lead end-to-end car and mobility benefit related work within the hire to retire process (lease car ordering, surplus management).
- Perform Payroll reporting, eligibility checks and Benefit in Kind processing and auditing.
- Drive continuous process improvement in the end-to-end process and policy, focused on efficiency and employee experience.
- Bring a problem-solving approach and implement accordingly when facing internal/external business challenges to improve products, processes and/or services.
