You don't need previous experience to start as a Production Worker at Johnson & Johnson. But, it's important that you are motivated to join us this summer. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues in a team and are accurate in your work. Read below what we require from you.

• You can read and follow English instructions;
• You are immediately available to work this summer in two shifts (morning: 6:30 AM - 2:45 PM, evening: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) from Monday to Sunday, according to schedule;
• You are capable of performing physical work and can travel to Leiden independently.

For the summer, there's extra work, and your help as a Production Worker is incredibly valuable! You will help with the production of breast prostheses, making a significant difference for people worldwide. You will work in a clean room following strict guidelines. There are various departments where you'll perform different tasks. It sometimes involves physical work, where strength in your hands and arms is useful. You will work in a two-shift system: two days morning shift (6:30 AM to 2:45 PM), two days evening shift (2:30 PM to 11:00 PM), and then two days off. Yes, you will occasionally work on weekends, but that ensures a varied schedule!

• Filling prostheses with silicone gel;
• Attaching buttons to the prostheses;
• Texturing the prostheses;
• Inspecting and packing products;
• Maintaining accurate administration according to GMP guidelines.

Johnson & Johnson Medtech is a massive international company in healthcare products, medicines, and medical devices. In the Leiden factory, breast implants are made and shipped worldwide.
