We are looking for a privacy coordinator to join Nike's team!
As the Privacy Coordinator within Legal, you will provide comprehensive operations, communications, and project support to the Privacy and Digital Teams within Legal. You will support front line communication with our business clients, triage inquiries from within Nike, help unlock efficiencies that scale across the team to drive operational excellence and consistency for the team.
It is a role starting on 1st of August till the end of January 2026, for 40 hours a week.

As a privacy coordinator, you have proven ability to take accurate and comprehensive meeting minutes. And strong social skills, with the ability to engage effectively and professionally with
colleagues at all levels and across cultures.
What you bring:
- Experience working in the field of privacy and data protection and knowledge of the
European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years' experience as an administrative assistant, department coordinator or other support role in a professional business environment;
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently, while remaining flexible and responsive to changing needs;
- High level of diligence, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and strong attention to detail;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal (additional language skills are an advantage);
- You have prior experience in a large, multinational organization;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint and Powerpoint, experience with Box and airtable is a plus;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven team environment, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new concepts;
- Demonstrated experience in creating, managing, and maintaining structured databases, and documenting operational processes.
As the EMEA Privacy Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing privacy-related tasks
and for providing overall support to Nike’s Privacy Team in the EMEA region. You will provide
support to our team’s day-to-day privacy operations and communications. In doing so, you will
support front line communication with our business clients, triage inquiries from within and
outside Nike and be a key asset in unlocking efficiencies that scale across the team to drive
operational excellence and consistency for the team.
You will be the main point of contact for the team in creating and maintaining the team’s key
systems and processes to help the team run smoothly and efficiently. You will also serve as the
primary contact for general team information.
You’ll be responsible for the following core work to support the Privacy Team:
- Triage and route EMEA-related privacy requests, including managing communications, coordinating with legal and compliance teams, and maintaining escalation trackers;
- Collaborate with other coordinators across geographies to ensure effective communication, alignment on priorities and consistency in processes;
- Manage team calenders, schedule meetings and ensure timely follow-up action items;
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, including setting agendas, taking notes, and tracking decisions and deliverables;
- Provide operational support for team member onboarding, training, internal reporting, team scorecards, and ways of working documentation;
- Support our program function through maintaining compliance trackers and team documentation, including coordinating translations when needed;
- Support the project management activities by compiling and distributing dedicated project updates to cross-functional stakeholders across geographies;
- Organize and support privacy training sessions, including scheduling, preparing materials, and providing live session assistance.

Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home. For the role of digital content producer you will need to rotate with the team and work a few weekends.
