What you bring:
- 5+ years of work experience in a Marketing/Culture/Project Specialist role either in-agency or in-house;
- Understanding of Converse Ecosystem, trends and consumer behaviour;
- Understanding of the marketplace partners and ability to connect with them through a cultural lens;
- Experience working with youth culture and fashion;
- Project management experience;
- Strong Keynote and presentation building skills.
Core accountabilities:
- Seasonal planning: Support the development of the WE Converse multi-season Brand Concept, Seasonal Narrative;
- Defining brand moments for the Inspire segment that connect and engage with our target audience;
- Brand plan execution: Own the Inspire and Sports plan end to end, partnering with key City teams and other Brand functions to land the plans in market;
- Relationship management: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to understand the business, create opportunities and drive collective vision;
- Consumer insights: On the pulse of Youth Culture, the Western Europe retail marketplace & the Converse business, identifying opportunities for the brand within the Inspire segment;
- Budget management: Manage the marketing budget for your plans to ensuring you track the forecast;
- Reporting: Communicate successes and share learnings to further enhance the performance of Nike's Brand plans.
