We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the Nike team! The Repair Program Manager will lead rollout of a Repair service for Nike in EMEA through definition of plan, roadmap and operating model and collaboration with all involved functions to deliver plan and roadmap against success metrics.
We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. It is a temporary role till the end of May 2026 for 40 hours a week. You will work from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

What you bring:
- (Digital) Transformation, Change or Senior Program Management including definition and delivery of plans against clearly defined success metrics;
- Definition of business cases, use cases and customer journeys in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Experience with complex topics and working in a heavily matrixed organization;

The Repair Program Manager will lead rollout of a Repair service for Nike in EMEA through definition of plan, roadmap and operating model and collaboration with all involved functions to deliver plan and roadmap against success metrics. Initiative discovery and business case definition have been accomplished; the program manager will work with the ambition that has been defined and bring that to market in EMEA. All work will be in collaboration with business, sustainability and supply chain stakeholders in EMEA and from our Global team. The service will start as online capability, with potential extensions in our stores and for wholesale partners.
Deliver the EMEA Marketplace Sustainability plan for Repair, to ensure compliancy (EU Right to Repair) and delivery of consumer, environmental and business value. Scope:
- Work with a cross functional Global and EMEA team on definition and execution of plan;
- Transparency: setup a plan and engagement model that includes clarity on roles and responsibilities and communication framework to ensure education, awareness and engagement of all stakeholders;
- Innovation: work with business functions, data and technology teams on definition of EMEA requirements to fuel new solutions based on clearly defined use cases;
- You are protecting Nike’s position as frontrunner in sustainability;
- Measurements: drive decision making based on the consumer, environmental and business value through business cases, KPI and reporting framework
