You don't need experience to start at Johnson & Johnson Medtech in Leiden; your motivation is what counts. The work as a production worker is physically demanding. If you enjoy sports, for example, this position will suit you well. You work accurately and can deal with responsibility.
- You have a good command of the English language;
- You can work from Monday to Sunday in 5 shifts: morning shift 07:00 - 15:30, afternoon shift 15:00 - 23:30, and night shift 23:00 - 07:30;
- You are capable of performing physical work (lifting).
As a production worker, you will be employed in the dipping department, right at the beginning of the process. Here, the prosthetics are pulled over molds and then dipped in various chemical substances. You place these molds in racks, and you sometimes work above your head. You will work in a 5-shift system. You will work 6 days and then have 4 days off. You will work two days from 7:00-15:30, two days from 15:00-23:30, and two days from 23:00-7:30. After that, you have 4 days off.
- Pulling prosthetics over the molds;
- Hanging molds in the racks;
- Placing racks in the chemical room;
- Operating the robot for the dipping process;
- Maintaining administration according to strict GMP guidelines.
