We are looking for a curious, driven and talented brand marketeer with strong affinity to Sports industry. A marketeer who is looking to accelerate the cross functional marketing skills and keen to envision the future of sport and its influence over culture. A relationship builder, who is highly driven to achieve results in partnership. You will have to be able to communicate & collaborate seamlessly across teams and will need to manage multiple stakeholders (internally and externally), demonstrating enterprise thinking while obsessing the last mile to ensure success. An individual who embodies the values that our company holds dear and of course, an individual willing to adapt on the fly, all while maintaining a positive growth mindset.
- You have prior marketing experience, with distinction in digital platforms and a clear understanding of the art and science of marketing;
- Strong understanding and connection to the Consumer, with a passion to envision the future of sport and its influence in youth culture;
- Problem solver with Enterprise thinking;
- Proven ability to collaborate, drive and deliver results;
- Bachelor's degree required in the relevant or related field;

In this specific role, you have the opportunity to work rather exclusively on the agile team of Women’s Sports – a high performance teams that operates in a high pace environment to be able to react at the pulse of sport.
• You will support the seasonal offence, working with the team to craft and execute category and seasonal initiatives that build brand strength, demand, and forge unbreakable relationships with our consumers and communities the brand serves.
• You will also help put into place the learning agenda and monitor KPIs, as we continually evaluate the work, our approach and how we evolve (knowledge of marketing science and data is a bonus). Owner of seasonal recaps inclusive of findings and opportunities. Deliver best practices and standards.
• Agile in nature, this role will lean into key brand initiatives and sports moments within Women’s Performance – supporting end to end seasonal marketing campaigns that tap into the energy of Women’s Sports (Football, Basketball, Tennis, Skateboarding, Trainning, Running…), coordinating across teams to drive efficiency and alignment. This role is project-based, which means an opportunity to work with a very diverse portfolio of sports/athletes/product depending on the priorities of the season.
You will report directly into the EMEA Women’s Sports & Brand Initiatives Director, and work alongside a team of other EMEA Brand Management Directors, Lead Professionals, and Professionals across the Women’s, Men’s and Kids Consumer Constructs. You will also collaborate and partner with: Consumer Direct Marketing, Brand Creative, Product Merchandising, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, Planning, NDDC, MPU / Wholesale Partners, City Marketing, Global Brand Marketing, and Insights.
You will work at the Nike European Headquarters in Hilversum. It is a dynamic, energizing place to work that reflects the values and spirit of the brand. Your colleagues come from all over the world, the team is diverse.
Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
