We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic engineering student who's eager to learn and contribute. You are a team player with great communication skills.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations management or related field;
  • Excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus;
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, Power Query, VLOOKUP);
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with analytical;
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is a plus.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented work student to join our operational excellence team.
As a part of this team, you will support various initiatives aimed at improving business processes and building continuous improvement capabilities. This role is ideal for students pursuing a degree in business administration, engineering, operations management or related field who are eager to gain practical experience in continuous improvement methodologies.

  • Collect and review existing Excel reports used by various teams in Operations;
  • Standardize and consolidate data from multiple Excel files into a unified format;
  • Design and build a centralized dashboard using Excel or power BI;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and improve the dashboard’s usability;
  • Administrative support: Provide general support to the team including coordinating activities, managing documentation;
