We are looking for a Financial Analyst for Loss Prevention. Do you have financial experience and looking for a new challenge? This is your chance!

In this role you will be the link between strategic financial insight and operational risk management. You’ll play a key role in minimizing loss and reducing risk exposure by supporting our field teams and stakeholders through financial analysis and the coordination of purchase orders—helping to protect Nike’s business across the region.

It is a temporary role for 40 hours a week till the end of November 2025. You will work for Nike and from the European Headquarters in Hilversum.

For this role, we need someone who is financial minded to join the Nike Direct Loss Prevention Team. We are looking for someone that is driven to create consistent financial processes for our field team while finding new
ways to lead with data. You have an eye for detail, ask questions, are continually learning and are always looking for opportunities to share knowledge with others.

What you bring:

  • 2 years of experience in finance data analytics;
  • Experience with Coupa is a pré;
  • Experience in Excel and Data visualization is a pré;
  • Experience in data analysis and KPI creation is a pré;
  • General understanding of cross-functional retail structure.

As the Analyst, for Loss Prevention, you will be responsible for administration of finances linked to Loss Prevention supporting the LP team with financial analysis, PO creation, and reporting. You
will be asked to look at data from multiple sources. You will contribute to Financial control of all LP spend. You will support our Total Retail Loss initiatives by ensuring finances are managed through cross-functional collaborations within Nike People and Vendors.

You will be a part of the Nike Loss Prevention team that operates under Resilience. You will work alongside partners in Operations, Store Construction, Facilities, Finance, Logistics, and Real Estate. You will support the LP Ops dept as a Nike Direct contact for applicable vendors and projects.
