Do you have plenty of experience on the forklift or reachtruck, but no certificate? Even then there are opportunities! To get started as a reach truck driver, this is important:

• you are willing to work in Meppel
• you have experience on the reachtruck or heftruck
• you have a reachtruck certificate or you want to get one
• you are available fulltime in the 3 shifts system
• you have your own transportation
• you speak Dutch or English
• you are at least 18 years old

As a reachtruck driver, you'll make sure everything in our warehouse runs smoothly. You drive parts from A to B, refill stocks and make sure your colleagues never miss a thing. Loading, unloading, neat stacking - it's your job. You work in a modern and tidy warehouse, together with a friendly team. Everyone knows what to do and we help each other where necessary.

You work in a 3-shift system, so your shifts alternate between:
🕕 06:00 - 14:18
🕑 14:18 - 22:36
🌙 22:36 - 06:00

This keeps your work varied and you know exactly where you stand.
In short: you make sure that everything is ready so that Scania trucks can keep running!

• move goods from point A to B
• place orders in high racking
• checking goods

Scania Meppel is a modern factory where parts for Scania trucks are painted. This is done largely automatically, with smart robots. The parts then go to truck factories in the Netherlands and abroad.
