Purchase Administrator

The purchase administrator is supporting the team members in all kind of tasks. In this role you have to establish a close working relationship with the factories, Business Planning Coordinators and a high number of
internal departments. You maintain a high level of accuracy, respects deadlines and responds in time to requests. Excellent Excel skills are necessary and also a high level of independence. You work for the Powered Two Wheelers division at Schiphol Oost.

You are a quick learner and can work very independently. Being pro-active will help a lot, because of the little time for training on the job. You can work under pressure and you are accurate.
Your Excel skills are very good.

• 1-2 year of experience in administration, preference in purchasing
• quick learner
• good Excel skills
• Fluent in English
• able to adapt quickly

In this role you support and administrate sales orders and communicate with the fabrics and internal department about all the details and specifics.

• support operation for purchase order cycles– collection
• consolidate, analyse and report monthly ordered products of assigned product group
• support purchase order and supply flow: daily coordination and control of purchase order supply to the warehouses and distributors
• Item and Product database maintenance: support accurate and timely maintenance of the up-to-date products model lineup and pricing.
• Purchase order invoice control: daily control and follow up of the invoice process from the factories in order to ensure optimal invoice administration.
